The Valhalla is an Asgard mothership which was used by the Asgard to destroy the Replicator ship when it exited hyperspace around their new homeworld, Orilla.
Although the attack was successful, the Valhalla and the other Asgard Motherships were unsuccessful in stopping some replicator blocks from reaching Orilla.
