The replicator ship is built using replicator blocks and was created by the Fifth human form replicator to escape the planet Halla which was about to be destroyed.
The first replicator ship had with it the time dilation device, which allowed it to travel through extreme gravities, however it was destroyed by the Asgard. The second replicator ship was a similar ship, without the time-dilation device.
