A Lieutenant in the USAF, Radner delivered short and steady bursts from a new rail-gun brought to Atlantis by Colonel Dillon Everett during the siege of Atlantis. Radner reported to Everett that the Wraith had started to make Kamikaze runs, beaming themselves into Atlantis before the ships blew up.
Near the end of the siege, the Atlantis control room reported Radner and his team were missing.
