The plant of PJ2-445 lives in harmony with the inhabitants and emits a sound which the inhabitants require to live. When the SGC sent a UAV it crashed into a plant, which caused it to change the sound it emitted in pain, which also caused the inhabitants to fall ill. However, SG1 managed to fix the problem and bring the harmony back to the plants and inhabitants as well as the planet.
