The Inhabitants of P3R-118 are split into two groups. The first group are well off, and live above the surface in a city powered by slavery. The other group are the slaves that work below the surface, believing that the surface is uninhabitable. When SG1 went to the planet, they were captured and forced to work below ground, but as their memories returned, they managed to tell the people beneath the surface the truth and free them from the slavery.
