History
The planet is technologically advanced, and uses Nanites to learn and teach. The inhabitants of the planet are still learning the history of the planet. They implant nanites in children when they are young, giving them all the knowledge of the people, they then let the children learn new things, and once they have enough knowledge, they take the nanites out. The children are then left with the intellect of a baby, where the rest of the people have the extra knowledge of what the child learnt.
