The Russian ship Korolev, is the third Deep Space Carrier to come out of the assembley line. Commanded by, Colonel Chekov, the Russian envoy to the SGC, the Korolev was given to the Russians in order to keep the Stargate in the hands of the the USAF.

Rushed into action to take its place along side the anti-Ori armada, the Korolev made a stop over at Camelot where it picked up SG1 and took them to the former co-ordinates of P3Y-229 to face the Ori ships.

However, once their, the Korolev was unable to stop the Ori Warships, and was severely damaged in the firefight.
