A Belkan trader, Hendon tried to negotiate with Teyla and Ronan Dex for a disease-resistant strain of flax seed which he possessed, however what he asked for in return would relatively make the Athosians slaves. Ronan wasn't happy with his offer, however Hendon held his ground, but wasn't able to do so for too long, as Ronan forced his hand by threatening him, lading to him finally agreeing to Teyla's terms.
