A previous base for the Tok'ra, when Apophis tortured Martouf into revealing the location of the current Tok'ra Base, Martouf revealed the name of this planet, knowing that his people were no longer there. When Apophis went to Sokar with this information, he found out that the planet had recently been conquered by Sokar, and was not the location of the Tok'ra base.
