The Enkarans were moved from their homeworld by the Goa'uld. However, the Goa'uld soon went and left them on the planet, which soon became inhabitable.
The Tau'ri saved them by relocating to another planet, only to have it taken from them by a civilisation that terraform the planet to suit their own needs.
However, the Gadmeer civilisation create an android to communicate with the Enkarans, and the Enkarans are able to come to a solution. The Enkarans of the planet are transported via the Gadmeer ship back to their homeworld, where they could rejoin their people once more.
