Synopsis
Plot
With the documentary crew continues their efforts to get more information on the SGC and its flagship team SG-1, SG-1 and Fraiser are sent to join the rescue of SG-13. However, when they return, it becomes clear that something has one horribly wrong and someone close to the team was killed. The NID begins investigating as the documentary director tries to learn what happened, and what part of it Daniel may have caught on tape. The tragic truth is finally revealed, and the SGC is changed forever.

Mistakes during the Filming
- A few moments into the first firefight, just after Jack has radioed a response to the team holding the gate, you can see the flashlight on Jacks' P90 falling off. You can see RDA reacting to it but quickly stops himself. In the next scene, when he comes under fire and is hit, we again see the flashlight reattached to the P90
