[edit] Synopsis

[edit] Plot

When Jonas believes he has found the address of the lost city of the ancients, they decide to go there, however, they soon realise that, it is not the lost city of the ancients. They are stunned to discover, none other than Daniel, who is living amongst the natives having no recollection of his past life or of ascension. It's up to Jack and the team to make him remember and convince him to leave what he now calls home to go with them back to the SGC. However, soon the Tok'ra come asking for help to defeat Anubis who with the powerful mothership is decimating the other System Lords and quickly gaining power. They decide to lay a trap for Anubis by giving him the location of that planet and to make him think that it has the weapons which the Tau'ri seek. However, for this they require the help of the System Lord Yu. With the trap set, SG-1 prepare to destroy the weapon and Anubis once and for all, however, things turn bad when Yu fails to show up. However, SG-1 succeed in destroying the weapon, but in the process Jonas is captured, and along with him, the knowledge of the Naquadria and his home planet.

[edit] Quotes

Jonas: Well, can't you do some kind of a...keyword search?
Daniel: Yeah? For what? "Achilles"?
Jack sends the F303 on an attack run
O'Neill: I wanna see what this thing's made of
Carter: I could tell you exactly, sir
O'Neill: Another time, maybe...please.
Anubis: You will suffer gravely
Jonas: Yeah, I figured as much. Although, I am consoled by the fact that we succeeded in destroying the power source for your new weapon
O'Neill: All I'm saying...just for the record...this is the wackiest plan we've ever come up with
Carter: Wackier than strapping an active Stargate to the bottom of the X-302?
O'Neill: Oh, yeah
Carter: Wackier than-than blowing up a sun?
O'Neill: Yep!
Carter: (to Jonas and Daniel) He's probably right
Hammond: Dr. Jackson, this briefing is classified
Daniel: Yeah, Jonas mentioned that, but, uh, you all said that I used to be a part of this, so...look, I can't really give you a good reason, I just...feel like I should be here
Hammond: Good enough
Daniel walks over and takes a seat next to Sam at the table
Daniel: Beside, who am I gonna tell? I mean, I don't, uh, I don't remember anybody, right?
O'Neill: Good one
Daniel: Thanks, Jim
Daniel: Has your hair always been that way?
O'Neill: What way?
Daniel: Never mind
Hammond: ou have no memory of who I am?
Daniel: None whatsoever
O'Neill: Neither do I, sir
Native: He is Jaffa
O'Neill: No, but he plays on T.V
Daniel: Anubis?
O'Neill: Yeah, kind of an over-the-top, clich? bad guy. Black cloak, oily skin, kind of spooky. Anyway, obviously since then, you've retaken human form, somehow. I..
Shamda: No one can be a friend if you know not whether to trust them.
O'Neill: Don't judge a book by its cover.
Shamda: Enemies promises were made to be broken.
O'Neill: And yet, honesty is the best policy.
Shamda: He that has too many friends has none.
O'Neill: Ah, but birds of a feather...
Shamda: I'm unfamiliar with that story. What lesson does it teach?
O'Neill: It has to do with flocking?and togetherness?and?to be honest, I'm not that familiar with the particulars myself. The point is, we're not your enemy. Give us a chance to prove it.
