Jack is sent to meet him and they discover he also believes he's an alien and claims to have vague memories of an alien life. However, when they go to search his house, they find that hes been taking alot of un-needed medicine and find evidence of bugs in his house. When Sam and Daniel talk to his doctor he gives them an adress of his relatives, however when they get there they find that it is a trap, and find themselves in the hands of the doctor and his associates. However, when Martin's memories start coming back slowly, he remembers where his space ship is, and is able to show Jack confirming his story. However, they soon find that the men that have kidnapped Sam and Daniel are not what they seem to be either when it becomes apparant that they were with Martin on the ship.

Quotes
Daniel: I was right in the middle of translating a cuniform tablet we found on P30-255 Carter: I was about to finish recalibrating Malp 3K's sensors for long-term reconnaissance of P5X-3D7. Teal'c: I was unable to complete my kel'no'reem O'Neill: I was just about to do... something important...
Martin: You think I'm making this all up. But look at this! (pops out a toothpick and gives it to Jack) O'Neill: Yes... It all makes sense now... Martin: I propped it up against the inside of my door - when I got home, it was on the ground, meaning someone was there! O'Neill: If you prop it up against the inside of your door... then how do you get out? Martin: Through the window. You think i'm so stupid I go out my own front door?
Martin: I know there's a secret government program involving travel to other worlds through this stargate. O'Neill: Sounds like a good idea for a TV series
Daniel: Ya know, I've never done a stakeout. Shouldn't we have... donuts?
