The Daganians are a race also terrorised by the Wraith. They work hard to protect their race and that which the Ancients gave them to protect.
The Ancients, entrusted the race with a ZPM, and believing it to be sacred, and that the Ancients will one day return for it, and reward them, they created the Brother hood of 15, whose task was to guard the ZPM.
After countless cullings, the brother hood was no more, and the Daganians no longer knew where the ZPM was. However, with the help of the Atlantis expedition they located it, however they would not let them take the ZPM, and instead formed a new brotherhood to protect it.
