The Inhabitants of Camelot are very superstitious, and believe in the story of Merlin and the Knights of the Round Table. The Inhabitants believed Merlin to be evil, and a dark magician, believed that his Dark Knight would appear and kill anyone that dared to enter his library. They also believed that Arthur defeated Mordred at the battle of Camlann after which he and his fellow knights set of to find the Holy Grail, however as history goes, Athur had in fact been mortally wounded by Mordred.
