A member of SG3, Bosco was one of the men that were backing up SG1 on a mission to P2X-887, however when they lost contact with SG1 and an Al'kesh flew above him, he and the rest of SG3 believed SG1 to have been captured. SG3 returned to the planet after informing Jack, to search for SG1.
