An alien who came to Earth when his planet became under attack, in hopes that they could save his people, however once here, he discovered that the planet hadn't advanced far enough. Rather than go back, he and the other crew members came to Earth to live their life.

However, their secret was under threat when Martin Lloyd told the SGC what he knew. He along with the other members of his crew, managed to capture Samantha Carter and Daniel Jackson in an attempt to stop Martin from trying to return home.

When Martin started to take medicine to forget his past, Bob took the job of Production Assistant on the set of "Wormhole X-Treme!" under the alias of Steve Austin. When his ship came, he along with Tanner and Ted left Earth.
