A Captain in the US Air force, Blasdale was part of SG-14, and during his time on the team he came along side SG1 to the Negotiations with the Tok'ra. However, the Negotiations turned into a fire fight when Graham who was a Za'tarc attacked the High Council Leader Per'sus. Blasdale came in-between the two, and was fatally wounded by the shot.
