A Goa'uld System Lord, Bastet came to power only after the second ruling dynasty collapsed. Since then she has gain much power, however she has since then gained many losses at the hands of Anubis.

Along with the Goa'uld Kali, she made a treaty with Sobek, and during the celebratory feast made a move on against him with the help of Kali.
