A Galaran scientist, who worked along side Dr. Reya Varrick and Dr. Marell, on the Galaran Memory Project. Opposed to the Galaran military controlling the project, Amuro was forced to see the project slowly slip into the hands of the military.

When Dr. Reya Varrick was killed, and Lt. Cameron Mitchell was blamed for the murder, Amuro along with Dr. Marell worked to clear his name, to learn that it was in fact Dr. Marell who had committed the crime.
