Alekos is an Argosian, husband to Thetys and father to Dan-el. Alekos had brought his wife to the statue of Phelops in hopes that he would give her the strength to bring the baby into the world when SG-1 came through the Stargate. They helped his wife, and in time they helped him to see Phelops as the false god that he was.

Alekos was one of the first to accept that Phelops was a false god and that he was not one of Phelops chosen ones.
