Alebran was one of the experiments conducted by Nirrti. Alebrans people were the victim of a disease which killed many, but Nirrti came and helped rid the people of the disease, however she changed their DNA to give them telekinetic powers.

When Alebran wanted to leave, she let him, however when he reached his village he realised that the village was empty. He ran into the Russians who took them back to the SGC, where he told the SGC about what had happened on the planet, before dying.
